Every service starts with a no-charge request. After review, approved customers receive a private payment and setup link. Custom builds, websites and automation still require a quote, and local visits depend on location and appointment availability.
Manual approval services
Services that require staff time, custom scope, local scheduling, or more than 4 GB RAM are reviewed before work starts. For custom work with no fixed setup price, a minimum $10.00 approved charge may apply to cover initial intake and planning time.
Ticket-first workflow
Service requests are submitted through no-charge FOSSBilling request products. Approved customers receive a private payment and setup link; security-testing interest and custom requests can still use tickets with searchable subjects such as SECURITY-TESTING-INTEREST.
Small-team availability
There is no live chat promise and GhostIT is not staffed like a large provider. Discord can be semi-live when someone is available, but tickets are the reliable record. Serious downtime, abuse and safety issues are prioritized.

Fair-use and refunds
Automatically approved services may be suspended, cancelled or refunded without advance notice when prohibited activity, illegal use, abuse or serious platform risk is found. Severe safety violations, including CSAM, are not tolerated and may result in termination without refund.
Security monitoring
GhostIT monitors network and proxy activity for reliability and safety. Customer data is not directly reviewed as a routine practice, but file types, uploads, hashes and security signals may be checked with standard scanning methods to protect the platform.
Security testing interest
Responsible security testing requests can be submitted as tickets. A response is not guaranteed, but the SECURITY-TESTING-INTEREST subject keeps those reports searchable for review.
